Welcome to Purrttie. In these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Stelix Petcare Sdn Bhd, the company operating the Purrttie brand and the website purrttie.com (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account with us.

2. Products & Availability

Purrttie offers cat lifestyle and grooming products. We make every reasonable effort to display our products, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, modify product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated separately at checkout. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

4. Orders & Acceptance

The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and an order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards and supported online banking methods. Purrttie does not store your full card details on its servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines, rates, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions and adverse weather conditions.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility, timelines, and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds are available only for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Purrttie name, logo, trademarks, product photography, graphics, text, and overall design — is the property of Stelix Petcare Sdn Bhd and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site

• Resell our products commercially without a prior written agreement

• Infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of Purrttie or any third party

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelix Petcare Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stelix Petcare Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
