At Purrttie, every order is packed with care and dispatched from our Kuala Lumpur fulfilment point. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

West Malaysia

Standard delivery: RM6 flat rate

Free shipping for orders of RM150 and above

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
We are working towards serving East Malaysia. In the meantime, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to arrange delivery to your area where possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International
We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is not yet available.
Delivery Partners
We work with established Malaysian courier providers, including J&T Express and Pos Laju. The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location and operational availability at the time of dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided by email once your parcel has been handed to the courier. You may use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the courier's website or mobile application.
Delivery Timelines & Delays
All delivery timeframes stated are estimates and are not guaranteed. Purrttie shall not be held liable for delays arising from courier disruptions, adverse weather, public holidays, peak-season volume, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Should your parcel not arrive within ten (10) business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf to investigate the matter.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. Purrttie is not liable for parcels that are delayed, returned, or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-delivery of returned parcels may incur additional shipping charges.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the delivery provider. We will, however, always assist in resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.
